Marvel at the grandeur of our State Drawing and Dining Rooms. You’ll dine surrounded by the works of celebrated artists, under glittering chandeliers – these elegant spaces are truly for the most special of gatherings. Can accommodate up to 100 people.

Dine Alfresco

Alfresco dining has never looked so inviting. Choose to dine in the Rose Garden or on the Front Lawn and enjoy the dramatic backdrop of the castle as you eat. You can also dine elsewhere on the estate and relish your special occasion surrounded by nature. Can accommodate up to 1000 people.

Rustic Dining

The castle’s Victorian Kitchen and Vaulted Cellars are unique, atmospheric places to dine. Perfect for more relaxed gatherings, your guests will get to immerse themselves in some of Thirlestane Castle’s rich history, as they enjoy the festivities. Can accommodate up to 40 people.
