Following the roaring success of our riding holidays in 2021 and 2022, we are delighted to launch the 2023 dates! We can’t wait to welcome you to Thirlestane Castle to discover the beautiful Scottish Borders by horseback.
Together with our renowned riding partners, Globetrotting, we have created an action-packed seven-day itinerary showcasing the very best local history, culture, and scenery. Your equestrian guide, Susy, will team you up with one of her wonderful horses, accommodating all riding abilities. From rugged moorland to wind-swept beaches, you will explore the famous common riding routes and picture-perfect Scottish landscapes.
In addition to the unforgettable horse riding, the itinerary also includes afternoon trips to local market towns and optional experiences such as spa treatments. Guests will stay in our luxury south wing suites and be immersed in the ultimate castle experience.
